Great app with lots of options, and great support to go along with it.

Excellent support and a great team! We initially experienced compatibility issues with our Shopify theme (Multi), and the customizer was not displaying correctly on our product page. After contacting support, the team responded quickly, requested access to our store, and their technical staff investigated the issue. The problem was resolved, and everything is now working properly, including image uploads and live previews. What impressed me the most was their willingness to actually troubleshoot the issue instead of sending generic responses. Their communication was professional, friendly, and efficient throughout the process. Thank you to Perdita and the technical team for the excellent support. We look forward to continuing to use Customix as we grow our store. Highly recommended!

I had a terrible experience. The app stopped working and I could not get in, I booked a call to try to get in the app and get guidance and no one showed up to the call. The company is a whole in the wall company with customer support at midnight because they are in a third world country with a 12 hours difference. This app is one of the worse apps that I have ever purchased. The customer service is terrible. I do not recommend this app. I have no idea how this company has 5 stars. They are unreliable and very unprofessional.

I use a very "expensive for me" app for customization on my Etsy store, but it is not a viable option for my Shopify store, as I have zero traffic but am trying so hard to get there. This app is not as robust but has great basic features, continual improvements and Perdita is excellent support and is always there when an issue arrives to help get it fixed. I really appreciate their price structure to allow store owners to grow into the app.

The app has a very clean and intuitive interface, and compared to some other apps, it’s much easier to set up a product campaign. This app works as listed! Learning to use it takes a bit of time, but the demo videos are clear and useful. The support is amazing. They were able to modify my current theme to work with the app. What I like best about this Product Personalizer app is that the free version has unlimited options and features much the same as the paid versions. Your plan choice can be primarily based on how many products you sell.

I have used the app for a few days now, Currently in th process of a product going live. The support has been responsive and solved and issues that I've had very quickly. There's useful videos and documentation on how to get set up with custom products. Looking forward to using the app in future.
