Really happy with this app so far! It took a bit of time to get used to at first, but once everything is set up, it works great. The customization features are exactly what we needed, and the support team helped us a lot during setup. Definitely worth trying if you sell personalized products.

I use a very "expensive for me" app for customization on my Etsy store, but it is not a viable option for my Shopify store, as I have zero traffic but am trying so hard to get there. This app is not as robust but has great basic features, continual improvements and Perdita is excellent support and is always there when an issue arrives to help get it fixed. I really appreciate their price structure to allow store owners to grow into the app.

The app has a very clean and intuitive interface, and compared to some other apps, it’s much easier to set up a product campaign. I initially ran into a small issue, but thanks to the excellent support from Perdita and the developer, everything was resolved quickly and now works perfectly. I’ve tried many personalization tools, and Customix is by far the best one I’ve used. I highly recommend this app to anyone looking for a powerful yet easy-to-use customization solution.

I have used the app for a few days now, Currently in th process of a product going live. The support has been responsive and solved and issues that I've had very quickly. There's useful videos and documentation on how to get set up with custom products. Looking forward to using the app in future.

Customix offers a comprehensive set of features with a clean and user-friendly interface. The mobile version is also very easy to use and works great. Compared to some of the older POD plugins, Customix has a clear advantage in terms of being more up-to-date and efficient. I really appreciate Perdita's patient explanations and kind assistance, which helped me solve many issues and get up to speed quickly. I highly recommend it!

I've been using Customix for a few months now and I'm really happy with it! The app is easy to use, customers can design their products and see previews instantly. The AI features like background remover and face cutout are super handy too. What really impressed me is the support team - they're incredibly helpful and responsive! Whenever I have questions, they answer quickly with detailed guidance. I had some custom requests and they were so patient helping me figure everything out.

Honestly, Customix made it super easy to sell personalized gifts. The clipart library is solid, and our customers have so much fun picking their characters. This is the best customization app I’ve come across so far! Not only that, the customer service is 10/10. Quick replies and helpful staff. Also very knowledgeable and are willing to add new features to fit your store if it can be done. 100% recommend!!!
