The Luxx Express review for Customix Product Personalizer

I had a terrible experience. The app stopped working and I could not get in, I booked a call to try to get in the app and get guidance and no one showed up to the call. The company is a whole in the wall company with customer support at midnight because they are in a third world country with a 12 hours difference. This app is one of the worse apps that I have ever purchased. The customer service is terrible. I do not recommend this app. I have no idea how this company has 5 stars. They are unreliable and very unprofessional.
