So, a 3 star rating for the fact that the product was not functioning as advertised. It failed to save the custom input field that was created. However, a 5 star rating on the help I got. It was solved very quickly and professionally. Looking forward to collecting more orders.

I had an issue where my customized box disappeared. No clue why, website was set up by someone, so not sure the ins and outs. Reached out to the app developer and it was fixed quickly.
