Been using MPO for a number of years for collecting tag engraving data from clients. The app works very well. Having recently moved to a new shopify template, they helped resolved a problem with the implementation on the new template. The team was very responsive and solved the issue perfectly and quickly.

This is a great app. In addition to being simple and straight forward, it looks great in my store. An added bonus is the amazing customer support team who quickly addressed an issue I was having with a conflict with the app and my theme. Great app for a reasonable price, easy to setup! Different options for different products available. Translation to other languages available. The support is fantastic. Exactly what we needed and wanted and we tried a lot of options apps! We can only recommend!

So, a 3 star rating for the fact that the product was not functioning as advertised. It failed to save the custom input field that was created. However, a 5 star rating on the help I got. It was solved very quickly and professionally. Looking forward to collecting more orders.
