Customer Fields has been a great solution for our store, not only because of its features, but also because of the awesome support. This app allowed us to enable customer profile editing directly by customers themselves from the My Page area — something that Shopify's default setup doesn’t support. We were also able to enable the “Require email verification” option easily. These features have made a big difference for both our customer experience and internal operations. Whenever we’ve had questions or needed clarification, the support team — especially Brett — responded quickly and clearly. Their guidance helped us resolve things smoothly and with confidence. They also supported us with updating our DNS records. The team truly stands out. Thank you again for your reliable and thoughtful support!
