Phenomenal support - I originally left a 1-star review due to a serious flaw: the “approve” button wasn’t showing on mobile when the list was long — which made it impossible to approve customers on the go. It had been that way for over a year, and I was told it wasn’t on the roadmap. - To their credit, Helium’s leadership stepped in quickly after my review. They acknowledged the issue, pushed a hotfix almost immediately, and offered a credit for the inconvenience. The COO even reached out directly and genuinely owned the situation. - The issue is now resolved, and mobile approvals are working as they should. It shouldn’t have taken this long, but the way they handled it once it reached the right person gives me confidence in their willingness to listen and improve. - Thanks to the team for finally addressing it.
