Customer Fields has been an outstanding addition to our store for two reasons. The robust features and the exceptional support team. The app workflows and variable rules you can create are excellent. It was easy to setup rules for collection tax exempt documents for certain states which is very important for our business. This feature alone has significantly improved our customer experience and streamlined our internal workflows. The support has been amazing! We had some issues with the CSS and Jakin was able to quickly resolve the issue for us. I highly recommend Customer Fields to anyone looking for a versatile and customizable solution.
