Probably not the best app for any BFCM deals. For some reason it will apply whatever discount twice. Any item that was 10.00 now had a suggested price of 8.5 and a local price of 7.22. That is insane. Before we knew it everything was 30% OFF. NEVER USE THIS APP

Very poor service from the support team. The deals app does not work. I have been having numerous problems with this app over the past few months. Instead of a 12% discount, my store is discounted 36% and i cannot fix it until the support team looks at it. I dont recommend this app to anyone - its bad for business and reputation. 1 star is too good, they should have 0 stars.

This app works ok, but adding it to my site caused errors to report in search console and my speed of my site to drop drastically. The only solution was to delete the app. Be very very cautious using this app, there is a very good chance it will slow down your site and cause issues as it did to ours. After the trial from this app we had to spend $180 to have a developer fix the lingering code and lasting issues. Trying the app for a week we had very little sales from it but the slowed-down speed increased our bounce rate. This is a poorly made app that will cost you money if you install it. Be warned.

The app itself has potential. It does display the deals in an attractive manner. However, the app itself has plenty of faults. For one I've had it get stuck on the same product several days in a row. Also the ability to have customers sign up and get deals is pretty bad. The email list doesn't connect to ANY email services. I used the app for almost 6 months and didn't have a single person sign up for the bonus list. I also had a grand total of maybe a dozen buys through the app itself. Finally, the items stayed discounted after I removed the app because it hard codes the discount. (It's like a person manually adding a deal through the admin) The back office part is also pretty slow.
Thank you for the feedback! Regarding the email signup, we're actively working on integrations with email marketing platforms. In order to attract more signups, we'd advise to test out different copy related to your store as that has the most positive effect on conversions. As for the items staying discounted after removing the app, this happens because Shopify cuts off our access as soon as you uninstall, so we can't revert the prices. Before uninstalling, please first pause or delete all deals. To fix any products with this problem, just re-install Daily Deals, stop all deals, and then uninstall again. We've been making some big improvements on the backend, so you should be noticing a nice speed improvement from here on out. I used this app to setup my Black Friday Specials. Super easy to use. Only took me a few minutes to get it setup, and it tracks your sales within each deal you run.

I installed this app and then found it didn't meet my needs so I uninstalled it. It failed to uninstall itself correctly and kept showing a discount that I created with it as a test.

I have been using the app for about 6 months and it worked perfectly! But since the last update of the app my daily business doesn't work anymore. I have contacted the developers three times. The first reaction was quite fast, but it didn't fix the problem. Today I am sad that I had to uninstall the app because it doesn't work for me anymore.

This app is really useful, and it is the best deals app out there. I really like the automation setting, because it automates a deal or multiple deals every 24 hours. You can leave the app in autopilot, and it will make sure your store is right on schedule with posting deals every day. It really makes your store feels like a 24hr workforce is behind it making sure the customer is happy . One of my favorite things is the customer service, Conner has been so helpful with all my concerns and questions. Personally, customer service could be a deal breaker for me if its not done right. Conner and the Daily deals team have it right by creating a personal connection with their clients and making sure they are doing ok and the App is functioning and meeting our expectations. I really recommend this app and company.

The app is awesome. The design is clean and stands out from other apps. Everything looks so professional. I recommend. The issue I had was the prices only show in $ and my default store currency is not in $. I use a multicurrency app but that does not seem to help. Update: support has fixed the issue and the app is now integrating well with my store and currency conversion works perfectly. Everything looks so on point. Thanks to the support team for taking time out to sort me out. I highly recommend this app. Stay cool y'all.

Awesome app with great features. I really like how it creates a deals page for my website that customers can refer to. I received great support from Conner when I had a technical glitch and now everything runs perfectly! I would definitely recommend this product to other store owners.

I am using this app to create daily deals. I have been using another competitor's app last year but I decided to change to Daily Deals because it has better design in addition that the countdown can be added to the product’s page. I reached out to the support to have the code installed and they were very responsive. In addition, I asked for some minor changes, and they were always cooperating. I have two minor issues with this app though that it is why I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars: 1- I would prefer to have a different pricing per variant. 2- Once you have saved a deal, and then you want to edit it is not that simple, as the amount to be discounted is actually being discounted again if I want to edit the countdown timer for example. So in my experience, it is better to delete the deal and then add it again. Other than that the app is great and I totally recommend it.

I had some issues after installation but support took care of it immediately. Surprisingly fast. This really gives you the feel of a real daily deal website.

When I first installed the app it we had a few hiccups but they answered our questions and helped get it running as we expected it to. They made an enhancement along the way that was suggested. They have since however become non-responsive to problems with the app. We have promotions that haven't ended, we have also had other double up on us. We now have several promotions that are days old and still show pending. Their help chat doesn't seem to be working now and we were unable to send the email via their message link. This app has become a liability and will be removed.

We've been using the app for a month and were really happy with it. It's great for setting up and running sales, either hands on or auto pilot. A few glitches during set up with the view on my store page but it got sorted out.

This is dumb that it's very hard and difficult to delete deals. It was working great until I came across the smallest dumbest problem in the world.
