Incredibly responsive support. I needed custom date filtering based on custom meta fields, and they got me a solution almost immediately.

These are the most responsive humans ever. The various ways of sorting data are great, they extended our trial since we were tied up and couldn't look at all the functions timely, they are just amazing. Shopify provides a number of reports that, while sounding fancy, just aren't really very helpful to us. We need some more straightforward things and Data Export provides them, fast and clearly. Thank you so much DE!

Data Export IO continues to impress me with both the flexibility of their app the willingness to address any question that arises. Chat support seems like it is available 24 hours a day, have never needed help and not received it in less than 5 min. We use Data Export IO for both of our Shopify Stores!

This is honestly one of the best apps and customer service team I've had the pleasure of working with. This tool is so flexible for any reporting needs. It can pull in metafields. It can let you create formulas. Absolutely outstanding. Oh and if you get stuck at 3am creating an urgent report, they have 24/5 excellent customer service. Using this as a tool to get around the Shopify limited out of the box reporting for Shopify Markets.
