Great and quick customer service from Jaba. Amazing also that the service is so well provided in the trial period. It will certinaly make us adopt the subscription plan.

Very good customer service, I could not find the report I needed. They answered immediately on chat and did the report for me.

Great customer support and very useful when you have the basic shopify plan. Especially for creating inventory reports. Shopify reports are too limited there. Unfortunately the inventory does not sync with Shopify. You get outdated stock information in your reports. I hope they are able to fix that problem.

SuperGood and quick help with chat! I get what I needed and fast. And I think I will use this later also in different situations. There looks like to be great reports.

Ich brauchte dringend bessere Statistiken um Bestellungen neuer Ware besser vorzubereiten. Shopify ist da, zumindest im Shopify Plan, nur sehr rudimentär. Be Data Export war umgehend kompetente Hilfe im Chat zu erreichen. Bisher habe ich alle Auswertungen so eingerichtet bekommen, wie ich sie benötige. Sehr hilfreiches Tool, wenn man weit im Voraus eine ganze Saison planen muss.

good tool. we could split the data on shopify into super granular for analysis, really worth it to having it.

So far so good! I just installed the app, and Mallesh was super helpful straight away.. I thought that i could just jump on and figure out how to do the custom report I wanted, and if I spent some time with the help docs I probably could have .but i was in a hurry.. I wrote the chat and Mallesh get to me straight away and just made my report super quickly.. I am really happy so far and starting to learn how the app functions better.

They can create whatever report you need and quickly. Their service is top notch! I was given immediate service from day one.

Lots of reports but hard to set up as the 'live human chat' is so frustrating! The people on the other end seem to struggle to answer even basic questions (could be a language barrier as the chat is based in India?) If you need any historical data on your inventory this is not possible. I am sure when you figure what reports you need and how to adjust these to your needs the app will be of value but if you need help setting up or customising the reports it will be a time-consuming struggle!
