I needed an data app to run reports on custom metafields in my shopify store. I installed Data Exports and I'm so impressed with 1) how easy and intuitive it is to use and 2) how amazing the customer support is. The support representative worked with me for at least an hour building several custom reports that are uniquely tailored to my business's data. Even though I'm comfortable using tech, sheets, columns, rows, data analytics can still be daunting for me. So I'm excited to see how Data Exports helps me gain some visibility into key business trends. I recommend you try the app!

Wow...so many reports, and so easy to add / modify the report I want...this app is straight forward, and simple to use. I actually chatted with support at 7:30PM (live person believe it or not at that hour) and figured out after a little help how to do everything myself. At least I know that if I need support in the future it's there...great service, thank you so much.

This report brings everything that was missing from the default Shopify reports, and so much more! The customer service from this company is AMAZING. They are there for you right away, are flexible, and a pleasure to speak with.

We selected Data Export Reports because we have quite a few metafields that we need to incorporate into our reports. Data Export does a really nice job with Metafields. You will need some assistance in the beginning to get them setup because it's not super intuitive but once they are setup its easy to work with them. The customer service team is extremely helpful and will walk you through how to do this. They also will create any custom calculated fields you need which was also why we chose Data Exports Reports.

Not even taking into consideration the great utility this app offers, the customer service alone has always been top notch. There have been multiple times now where they have helped build/perfect a report I was wanting to create.

Great app and great customer support, drill down more than the in built Shopify report with this app.

Just installed this on a 3rd store. It's been a while since I've created an reports and the changes since then seem to have been a very positive one. It's now much easier to create custom fields yourself compared to the old version and help support is very efficient and more than happy to set up the reports for you if you don't have time/knowhow to do it your self.

Extremely helpful and timesaving report app with very reasonable cost! To start, I'm using it to create reports breaking out sales by country and product type by day. Antony from support quickly helped me create custom fields and generated a custom report for me.

I am on the Shopify basic plan and to bump up to their SHopify plan, its $50. I was working on sales tax and I really needed more information that on my current plan, Shopify couldn't give me. The shopify team suggested trying Data Export Reports and it was such a game changer. What especially helped was having Antony from their team help me create a report that gave me the information I needed and he was able to explain things that confused me. Honestly, this level of immediate customer service was key for a small business owner doing sales tax on her own. Highly recommend!
