Great customer service! They give a 14 day trial so make use of it! This helps cover Shopify's lack of reporting for non premium users .

This app is great for reports that Shopify can't provide. The older version of Data Export took hours and even a few days for large reports but the updated version takes only a few minutes! If we ever have issues they are always there to answer questions.

This is a great and affordable tool to export which has helped us automate our shopify reporting process. The customer service is close to the best I have seen - I never wait longer than a couple of minutes before i hear back and I can tell they genuinely want to help. I definitely recommend

We use this app across multiple stores and the support team is always super helpful. They've created us some pretty complex reports that Shopify doesn't have the ability to create. Definitely a must-have for any store that requires in-depth reporting.

We use this app is several shops. These have all different requirements but the support team is always able to meet our requirements. Their live chat is very fast and the best!

Second day of the trial period and I'm already impressed! Customer Service was amazing at responding and answering any questions I had. I was able to get more information than I could pull from Shopify directly and I was able to get it a lot quicker!

Absolutely STELLAR app and customer service. The reports are everything we need and what Shopify doesn't allow like: Sales by Tags, Sales by Collection, etc. Customer service is super helpful and helped me with every reports I needed. Highly recommend it.

The reports I can create with this are far more detailed than what is provided by Shopify. I would recommend this app for sure.

I added this Ap to my store a month ago to help generate more detailed reports about my customers orders and locations for shipping. They were able to generate a report showing the in state sales taxes collected which will be very helpful for my tax accountant. The people on the other end of the help line have been very knowledgeable & patient. So happy I added this to my Shopify Store.

These guys rock! You can do pretty much any type of report manipulating the data available from your Shopify store, which is pretty awesome! Besides, whenever you need help, they are available to help! Thanks to Subash for helping us!

We have this app in multiple Shopify stores. You HAVE to have this app if you want any meaningful data out of Shopify. Customer support is fantastic, and the product works incredibly well. You can export reports to email and ftp. You can schedule reports to come regularly. If the data is in Shopify, Data Export can get it out.

This app is the best - you can customize every report you want. If you run into trouble with your customizations or can't figure out how to get the data you want, the customer support is fabulous. I never have to wait long to get the reports I need.
