Excellent customer support via chat. The chat support team created the exact custom fields that I needed, and he helped me re-format columns based on my requirements. They even created custom formulas over a few days that exactly met my needs. Highly recommend this application to all Shopify customers!

I use this app to send sales reports to a few vendors that require it to be completed this way. They are always available to help. They took the time to set up the report and are always there to answer any questions. Very helpful.

We have been looking for a method to encapsulate annual sales data, with returns, taxes, COGS all included in a report for ever. Finally, we found something that does that, and a ton more. Data export will generate deep reports if you have the chops to dig deep. Great app and well worth the effort!!

Shopify reporting is ok but this app takes it to the next level. Even better than the app is the support which is 24x7! They go out of their way to help or tweak a report to meet your needs. Could not survive without it. It is well worth the money..

Fantastic. Gives me all the reports that Shopify doesn't. I do profit-sharing with some contractors, and get the reports necessary for paying them on the first of each month. Also, I'm able to have them get daily sales reports automatically. Saves me SO much time and effort. I had a couple of weird reports I needed for tax purposes, and Abishek helped me get exactly what I needed -- no pain!

I used this app to help me run reports on Shopify sales. I can pull all sales including line items for a particular customer. I am actually using it as a CRM by entering a date under customer tag in Shopify. This will be the date I would like to follow up with that customer. And then I run a report to pull all customers everyday with current date. What I would want data export to do is make all the Shopify customer support reps aware of this app. Because I was calling and asking Shopify about my requirements and nobody told me about this app until today. The Shopify rep I talked to today told me about this app. And BINGO it solved my requirements! I don't need to pay a years subscription to Salesforce. I would give 10 stars to data export app!!!!

This app is helpful in transferring our inventory data between shopify and our main inventory system. Support help was available in the form of a chat immediately when we needed assistance.
