Great app and amazing customer service. Love the live chat function. Special thanks to Shawn for helping us to copy all the reports and schedules from our other store instance. He fully understands our business needs and has been very patient and helpful during the process.

This app is amazing. Let's me build custom reports, on the fly, better than what is available through Shopify alone. And if there's a report I can't build, the staff they have are incredibly helpful and quick to build exactly what I need. Their chat is quick and efficient. If you use Shopify, use this app.

So far, so good! We needed to be able to download data for events and this is perfect. Dominic was really helpful at sorting out variant information that was built via another app so it is all in one report! Really happy with it :)

Wonderful app and great support from Shawn and Darren. They managed to fix a problem I had with all the other apps, but thanks to them it doesn't exist anymore. If you have an ecommerce that sells in Italy and you have problems with tax reports, contact them

What a great experience it has been working with Data Export. I needed a lot of input to get files to reflect the needs of our national postal carrier and all their demands and requirements were implemented easily and quickly by the developers at Data Export. Their help chat personnel is very responsive and incredibly helpful for complex requests. We have had multiple niche requests and most if not all have been fulfilled. My only qualm, is that the User interface could use a bit of tweaking.

Great customer service! They give a 14 day trial so make use of it! This helps cover Shopify's lack of reporting for non premium users .

This app is great for reports that Shopify can't provide. The older version of Data Export took hours and even a few days for large reports but the updated version takes only a few minutes! If we ever have issues they are always there to answer questions.

This is a great and affordable tool to export which has helped us automate our shopify reporting process. The customer service is close to the best I have seen - I never wait longer than a couple of minutes before i hear back and I can tell they genuinely want to help. I definitely recommend

We use this app across multiple stores and the support team is always super helpful. They've created us some pretty complex reports that Shopify doesn't have the ability to create. Definitely a must-have for any store that requires in-depth reporting.
