I've been using Data Export for a few months now (in a few stores) and the product itself is incredible, but what I'm more impressed with has been their customer support. Data Export can basically pull anything from Shopify such as custom fields, metafields, line item details, create logic to alter data and customize the output, but the support team is the one always coming to bail me out from some complex calculated fields. Special thanks to Manuwel who has been incredibly knowledgeable and fast at resolving my issues!!

Brilliant app, great support. We use this on all of our Shopify websites. The team always help us with custom columns etc.

At the beginning you might feel a bit frustrtated building reports but then if you go to the live chat support, your life will be much easier!! Very good support giving you exacytly what you need and also very fast!!

I have to tell ya. I had a difficult profit sheet that needed some fine tuning and Manuwel had me fixed up in a matter of minutes. They offer so many fields and can create anything for you upon request.

Great app and great people who work there. Always willing to help me out if I have a problem with an export or have to make a new one and Idk what kind of columns I exactly need.

For accounting needs, I have been using DataExport.io for some time, and it has been excellent for obtaining the data I need. We are undergoing a sales tax audit this year, and oh, did we need them. As a Shopify Plus customer, I must say that Shopify reports and trash. With the support of the DataExport team, I was able to create some unique reports that satisfied my auditor. Keep up the fantastic job, and thank you, DataExport.

Dataexport provides any and all reports my business could need. Shopify does not come standard with the reporting options I require and Dataexport is able to fulfill any custom report I need. Costomer support is quick and helpful. Thank you.

Great flexible tool for reporting. CS was very responsive and created a few custom reports for free!
