Super helpful support and a powerful reporting app! We needed a custom pick list based on live order and stock data, and the team helped us set it up quickly with the right filters. This is saving us loads of manual work and helping streamline our daily order picking. Definitely recommended if you need more control over your Shopify data and inventory workflows. This app is packed with ready-made reports that cover most needs straight out of the box, and the functionality to create your own makes it even better. Being new to the app I couldn't find a very specific report. Spoke to James at help desk and he built straight away. Powerful reporting plus excellent support — highly recommend!”

I just started my free trial, and needed something specific but was not seeing how to accomplish what I was looking for. I started a chat- got a live person in the chat (Vijay) and had the exact report I needed within minutes. I am on my way now to pay the subscription fee. This is the kind of support needed in businesses. I also want to say that the program itself is very easy to navigate, which at my age is always a plus!
