We use Data Export daily and love it. We got it for the reason of creating automated inventory feeds, and have found a ton of uses since then. It's easy to use, efficient, and super deep if you want it. Not just that, but their customer service is top notch. We needed a custom report, and they had it done the same day. Quite impressive! Data Export is a big help to our business and we'd recommend it for sure.

Customer service via chat is very responsive and efficient. I was having issues cloning a report. Manuwel was quick to respond, cloned it for me, and explained that the issue was the special characters in the report name. Very helpful.

The best app for data export we have found so far. Highly configurable and, above all, with a live view of the report - very helpful. We had some problems creating specific reports, and Mathu was extremely helpful and solved all the problems within minutes.

A: the products (Data IO and Report Pundit) are excellent for pretty much any report needed. B: the tech support is incredible!! We use this for inventory feeds to resellers, sales analytics, historical reports, sales by SKU... one platform for all.

Data Export is an excellent reporting app! The support team, especially Dominic, was incredibly helpful and patient in customizing my reports. I needed a detailed daily sales and payout report, and they made it exactly how I wanted. Highly recommended for anyone who needs accurate, flexible reporting and great support.
