This app is packed with ready-made reports that cover most needs straight out of the box, and the functionality to create your own makes it even better. Being new to the app I couldn't find a very specific report. Spoke to James at help desk and he built straight away. Powerful reporting plus excellent support — highly recommend!”

I just started my free trial, and needed something specific but was not seeing how to accomplish what I was looking for. I started a chat- got a live person in the chat (Vijay) and had the exact report I needed within minutes. I am on my way now to pay the subscription fee. This is the kind of support needed in businesses. I also want to say that the program itself is very easy to navigate, which at my age is always a plus!

This app is incredible. We use it to calculate revenue and cost in compliance with Japan’s financial rules, which require calculations to be based on the shipping date. We also rely on it for managing our Meta Ads.

I use this app for all my Shopify stores. Best support for any app. If you need reports or data exported this is the app to get. Every time I needed something they always figured it out and helped. Easy to use app and the support is the most important.

This app and their support are incredible. We use it for several different scheduled reports all with different custom changes that we were able to get done through the support chat. They are super-fast, responsive and friendly. We love this app!

This app is perfect for custom reports with all the fields I need- they make is so simple and they have on-app support that responds super quickly and assists with any questions or if you need help crafting the reports! I would recommend for any shopify store

This reporting tool is amazing for creating and scheduling reports. There's a massive number of pre-built reports, but the ability to create custom reports with calculated and static value fields makes it even more flexible. But the best thing overall is the support I've always received from the app team with building reports and especially adding custom fields if I've needed help with something. I've not yet found anything they couldn't help with in minutes.
