Incredible app and customer support! Shortly after I installed this app, I reached out to the support team with a few questions ... David, took the time to understand what my business needed, configure the report, and schedule the reports during the same chat session. I highly recommend this app, for any business that wants to take back a few hours, every day.

I give 5 stars to their custom support. The online chat is always available and anything that cannot be fixed on the spot, I got an email with the resolution/solution the next day.

I use this app to pull a list of my daily payment transactions from our customers. This allows me to enter into our exo system and to match with daily bank deposits through PayPal, Afterpay and Credit cards. My process would be much more time-consuming without it. Had a few hiccups in the beginning but Customer Service has been most obliging and very helpful and no additional charges for their service, which is a big plus! Thanks Dianne from Najo

I use this app to export orders to my fulfilment company and it has been of great use. After a few setup issues in the beginning it has been working perfectly. The customer service has been very helpful! They go the extra mile and respond very quickly. I highly recommend this app!

Great app. The automatic reporting - across all segments: orders, products, customers etc - is a game-changer. This functionality has allowed us to build a load of functionality in google sheets, without which we would need to be paying orders of magnitude more for advanced sales/inventory apps. It also allows us to automatically email information to suppliers straight from Data export without manual intervention which saves loads of time. Recommend to all Ecomm SMEs.

One of the best Apps here. Easy to work with and includes all possible functions you might need. But the best part is their excellent support. It's quick, professional and they will do for you way more than what you pay for. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Update: Still using this App, still the best support I ever experienced. Big thumbs up!

--- Update Feb 2025 I just realized they updated their app offering different tiers. I've been with them almost 10 years. They put me on the top tier ($20/mo) when I'm only using bottom tier level of service ($5/mo). But I didn't even know they did this! Very frustrating! And my reports have started failing too! Maybe avoid? Also, unlike I said in previous reviews, I see nowhere to get support, they removed that! Very disappointed. --- UPDATE 10/7/20 Actually, I asked them to do something very simple. I simply want to reverse order the report by the date. Support said they would have to do that for me. Great. I assumed it would take 5 minutes. After realizing oh, they didn't do it yet, he said it would be 3 hours. Meh, okay, makes sense. Even tho it's one silly line of SQL, they should just offer that option as part of the app. I finally get an email *the next day* saying it's done. I test it and the report is indeed sorted descending, BUT THE DATA IS ALL WRONG! This really pisses me off. This is the smallest, simplest thing I'm asking (from my perspective, I understand I am biased), and they take a day to do it, then mess up my report so now I have to recreate it. This really pisses me off. But, on the plus side the support chat is very responsive! --- Old review from 10/6/20 I used this to send sales reports to my partners. It was a bit tricky to figure out, and it still is, BUT the support was SUPER RESPONSIVE and helpful! It's been years since I touched the app, but the reports have been very reliable and well worth it! I was just adding a new report (after years), and I was having trouble with a new feature, and the chat support WAS SUPER QUICK AND SOLVED MY PROBLEM QUICKLY! Excellent! I'm going to start making more reports for myself. Great app, great price (I think I pay $15 a month, I started early w/ them, they may have changed their price by now, IDK)

Wow, have to say I am impressed with this App and the customer Service. Dominic was really helpful, I was asking him how do I create a product report and he just went and created one for me. I upgraded my shopify to have access to better reports. I can get them all right here at Data Export. This is the App to go for if you want better insight on your store
