Data Export IO: Reports

I am in the trial phase and so far its been great and the support is fast and reliable. So far so good

John was really helpful in terms of assisting in scheduling the report. It's nice to know that the application has a good support team!

Needed an app to export multiple tables in order to import to our SAP Business One and stumble to this app. This app met our expectation. Support team assisted with my customization and I was able to import sales orders within 24 hours. Highly recommended!

Excellent app and developer support. We get our reports sent directly to our inbox each day which saves a ton of time. Also, if you need any changes to the reports the developers are super responsive and will customize anything you need. I highly recommend

It gives all the reports needed, including all reports that are not natively available in Shopify. I use it to GroupBY certain field like item SKU. I'd like to add that their support chat is fabulous and efficient. The team helped me to get any report i just needed. Thank you

Just got Data Export and so far it rocks. I'm not technical (just enough to get in trouble) but I've been able to navigate things easily. The stock "how to" vids are great. I was also blown away by the support on Live Chat. I had a question about creating a custom a field. Reuben actually added it for me, explained what he did and gave me some useful addition info that really helps. Definitely recommend!

This app helps us save a lot of time, which as everyone knows, saves money. And the customer support is amazing. When I can't figure out how to create exactly the report I need, I simply contact them and they take care of it for me. Couldn't be easier or simpler.

I continue to be in awe of the support I have received. No app is perfect and when I have a problem, they are right there to respond and help. The app does what it advertises - I get straight forward reports at a great price which help my business run. But it's the support that stands out. Rueben and Jaba rock as do the others that answer the chat questions, real time. Highly recommend this app and these people!

Great App and an Awesome Support Team. Support Team helped with the custom changes required in the report to fulfill our business requirement. As the BI Tool, we are using was not able to connect with Shopify directly. The schedulable reports acted as a boon to us and we are able to get this data via reports in our BI Tool. No extra cost was involved.

This app gives full access to data collected by Shopify and empowers you to send it via email and FTP. It works well and where I have had issues the support team was quick to jump in and resolve them with customization.

I had written my own report and Data Export cloned/copied this onto my other 3 sites. Quick, simple and efficient.

My only regret is not finding this app sooner. I've talked with David a couple of times and his ability to customize the report to fit EXACTLY what I need, is an experience that's unimaginable. 10/10 would recommend everyone to at least try their trial run. They helped me customize a report that showed even the smallest fees that we were missing that's not available in any Shopify report.

This app really helped us get detailed access to our order data. And their support is excellent. Created custom fields for us quickly. I highly recommend it!

The reporting is slow and unreliable. If you schedule for 12, it might arrive at any time between 12 and 1 am or even later so not suitable for time-sensitive reports. Customer support is not in real time, they just have a standard message saying they'll work on it and then disappear for days - really frustrating if your business relies on reporting. UPDATE: They migrated us to their new platform which is a little better, the delay is now not more than 30 mins.

Before we even purchased they created reports for us to demonstrate the functionality of the program. Smart guys, supporting users before they even use the application. The output was what i needed and we're going to be supporters. Thank You!
