Data Export IO: Reports

Every time the support folks patiently pull me through. The app is great but support is what really shines.

This app is invaluable to our operation. I use it for multiple requirements, most importantly for our Google Shopping feed file. The support is excellent. We have multiple technical software challenges and with the pandemic most companies now only support chat or email support with pretty long time to get a resolution. Yesterday I had a question for Data Export and they were able to resolve my issue in about 5 minutes! Awesome.

Shopify is so limited with the reports they can generate, DATA EXPORT REPORTS can be so in-depth and customized to get exactly the information you need. The SUPPORT team is OUTSTANDING, always helpful and going above and beyond with tweaking reports to continually help as needs grow. Definitely a worthwhile and insightful app and very easy to use!

Great app but the best part about this app is that customer service is almost always available online. It's been a pleasure using this app.

Intuitive user interface and feature rich application. Generally the best app of its kind. Great customer support which allows for various customisations to be made to each report by the support team. Would be improved by the addition of UI controls to allow a user to include meta field values on a report by meta field key as opposed to meta field index. Generally very happy with this app.

Powerful exporting tool. Fairly priced. Interface is fairly advanced, but they have an extremely helpful and responsive technical support staff to guide you through. Highly recommend for any business that needs more control and access to their Shopify customer, product, and order data for analytics and external reporting.

Excellent app for extracting data from Shopify beyond what you can normally get. Superb support by email and chat (thanks to Daniel) in working out how to understand the data plus support in building the reports I needed (orders, refunds and VAT)

So unbelievably helpful, the support alone is 5 ***** and the app does what I need it to do. Everything I need it to do the support team tailored the report for me - so impressed

**UPDATE** this WAS a great app with amazing support, but like all good apps -- with time they seem to have dropped the amazing support piece. I needed a report fixed during the most critical time for an online store (early december) and they ignored all messages for TWO WEEKS (and told me it was their Thanksgiving break). I finally got a hold of them and they said they would update it by the following day -- but they didn't update it, and then they had an auto response that they were gone for the weekend. This experience has been so stressful and I'll be looking to replace this app. Thought I should leave my update here so others don't fall into the trap of all the good reviews from earlier times (I was one of them!) This app does exactly what it says it will, and the customer service is second to none. You can live chat to have a report adjusted or created in real time, so far they've always been available. I HATE when apps have live chat support but are never actually there to support -- its made a huge difference for us and I really encourage the use of this app.

Great app and amazing customer service! Have had them create and schedule exports for me in the past and just spent 4 minutes getting them to update 2 of them based on a new requirement. Did it all through Chat with David! Again, stellar service!

This app has the best customer support I have ever received. The guys are so prompt in responding to customisations and I don't know how we'd function without the reporting we get from this app.

I need to generate different types of report to monitor payments from customers and track inventory flow. This app has all the data fields you need really. And Sam was very prompt and very helpful. Really greatful. My work is much easier now.

The daily order report has helps us tremendously to see all order info in one place. We also needed very specific data for a very specific use and the support team was hugely helpful in creating a custom report, with such a fast run around as well. This app and the people behind it have saved us much time, and help streamlined our process!
