Its just been a few days of using the app but we are excited by the results. Reports are easy to generate and digest. Even better, when we could not figure something out , the help has been lightning quick.

I needed an app to support extracting some data into excel file which Shopify basic function wasn't equipped to do. The possibilities you can do with this app is LIMITLESS. At first, I was a little overwhelmed but their customer support was always there to help. Very helpful support, quick response, AND a functioning app. I love it.

This has been a really useful app. The best thing is the support Reuben and the other guys offer - they're brilliant at helping ensure you get the data you want out of the reports. Definitely recommended!

The best customer service!! Really really fast, helpful and they did a lot of extra's for us! I can really recommend the app if you need custom reports. All reports we wanted they made for us. It's worth it!

I am using this app to streamline the financial reporting so all the information is located within one report. I worked with their online support/chat and they were able to build a report that makes it possible to reconcile sales/payments/tax/shipping on a daily basis.

I couldn't be happier with app it is great and easy to navigate. SO many options for reports its just endless. Also, the customer service experience was fantastic. They were very responsive and helpful. I never waited more than a day for a response.

BabyDreamBackdrops.Com migrated its old website into Shopify with approximately 3,500 products with variants totaling 11,000. I would have had to either create Excel macros or Visual Basic programming to decipher, create formulas, and sort the multiple commissions fee reports for each sales. So overwhelming until I found Data Export. What a life saver with tremendous support and free report customization. We now save hours of work which now within minutes we get a complete and accurate reporting to meet our dead lines of fulfilling our contractual agreements. Thank you so much Data Export especially to Jaba who did a wonderful and expedient report generator which is scheduled on the first of the month. So very please and grateful to save time, money and energy.

We have been using this app for many months now and during the critical "getting to know" phase and initial configuration of custom reports we were amazed by the level of support (quality, availability and willingness) from Data Export. Whereas some of our needs are complicated, they have immediately stepped into assist or even configure for us. And the level of expertise is broad so that interfaces with third party systems is no challenge to them. We could not recommend more highly! UPDATE: Still using on multiple sites. Always getting excellent service. Never too much trouble to help. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! UPDATE: Another tweak needed and the response was accurate and swift. We are also building other stores with this aa that we will be releasing soon and during this development phase the support has been of the highest order. The new interface is an excellent tool also. UPDATE: Another quick support task for Data Export. Nothing is too difficult for them. Queries resolved in minutes due to great team and great product. Does everything we need (and definitely a lot more).

I use this app to get our daily shipping numbers of orders fulfilled on that specific day even if the item was ordered a month ago. Great support team that works really hard to figure out the problem. Reuben and John helped me immensely.

I am using this app to help me create a report that shows a total of what shipped per item for the date range. I really appreciate that the live chat is always there to help me create the reports I need! Update-10/14/19 - customer service goes above and beyond! Update 07/01/20- still using this app and love the live human on demand customer service!

I struggled to do my report and Kumar was super helpful and in under 5 minutes he helped me. Now I look at the data and analyse it rather than spending hours figuring out excel.
