This app has all the features that Shopify should have but doesn't. I am able to pull detailed reports on sales data, my store's catalog, and so much more. Their customer support is very helpful at answering any questions I have. They helped me pull a customized report that I needed in a timely manner. I highly recommend this app.

This app has proven to be very useful and the staff is quick to respond with any questions and customizations. The reporting is a bit limited when trying to compare across multiple report types. However, their team is very supportive and will assist in creating any custom reporting you may need. I haven't had a request they couldn't fulfill.

We use this app to export our orders on a daily basis, it really has been a life saver. It is versitale, and can do everything we need it to do. A big plus is the customer support! They have been helpful in customizing the reports to fit our business needs.

Excellent support provided - always going the extra mile! App itself is great in terms of visibility when you're downloading the report vs downloading them via shopify especially when the number of orders increases. Shopify default download is unable to handle that.

Its just been a few days of using the app but we are excited by the results. Reports are easy to generate and digest. Even better, when we could not figure something out , the help has been lightning quick.
