Data Export IO: Report

Shopify has a great basic reporting suite but Data Export takes it to a whole new level. As an SME with greater reporting requirements Data Export enables us to "fill the gaps" by facilitating our need for flexible and detailed data. The app is easy to use and in addition to the endless custom reports you can create there is a large selection of valuable pre-created reports. I recommend to anyone needing more advance reporting from Shopify. Customer service is also quick and very helpful.

This app is a good backup of the reporting module of Shopify. I appreciate a lot the possibility to automate the reports on a daily basis. It saves a lot of time for my operations team. The customer support team is very useful when it goes to fine-tuning a report. Well recommended.

I was looking for an app that would allow me to export a .csv file of my inventory status to an FTP site on an automatic, daily schedule, and this app works perfectly for that. Their customer service was also very helpful in assisting me in getting it set-up and working properly.

This app is AMAZING - the support that comes with it is second to none. This app did everything we need, but what was even better was the support they provide. Any time we had questions or needed assistance they were available and quickly able to answer our questions and help set up the reports we need. Live chat feature they provide is great. I needed a report from shopify that was easy to read and functional. It also needed some customization that I couldn't perform. I tried the chat and low and behold, someone was actually manning it and helped me make the perfect report overnight. He even uploaded it into the app for me. Seamless. We're new to SHOPIFY but have a long history in mail order using other programs. Data Export is helping us generate reports we need for things like ordering inventory. We have several hundred vendors, and about 3000 sku's, and sales history is important to us. David and crew have helped us with questions about pulling several "Product Types" into a single report. That was a bit trickier for us than just pulling by a SKU, or a single product type. But it will make our reports far more useful.

The interface is a little challenging but the customer support is incredible. When I've struggled with anything they've gone above and beyond to get what I was looking for. Thanks!

This is a wonderful APP with very helpful Customer Service! We needed a customized report that had a special pricing structure and they were able to do this without problem. A few back and forth emails and it came out perfect! This APP has a lot of "bells and whistles" to it so it will be great even for other future reports.

Support was quick to respond. App is affordable and works very well. We use it to export data into an outside database where we process returns. This app saved our buns :)

Great app. Makes building and automating dashboards in Google Data Studio easy. Schedule an export of your store data from the data export app to Google Sheets...then connect Google Sheets to Data Studio. These guys will also help you build your sheets until you get the hang of it.

I use this app to condense the Shopify export which goes up to column BQ! You are able to filter by conditions such as multiple discount codes, of which you can only filter by one in Shopify. You can also schedule regular reports to be sent to you. Their support team is great (thank you Jaba!) and can help you build custom columns for functions amongst other things. Would definitely recommend!
