Great customer service. The agent generated and helped me set up monthly sales reports to assist with planning. Their reports are very easy to read and contain the exact data I need. I am now able to have reports automatically sent to me, monthly, from the prior month on a regular basis without having to log in and create every time. Great service overall. I highly recommend.

Für unsere Buchhaltung benötigten wir einen Bericht/Tool, womit alle Zahlungseingänge der unterschiedlichen Zahlungsanbieter, Rücksendungen und Auszahlungen zusammengeführt werden. Nach einiger Recherche sind wir bei Data-Export gelandet und wir sind hochauf zufrieden. Das positive daran ist, dass man jegliche Art von Berichten erstellen kann, die man benötigt - weit über die Auswertungen von Shopify hinaus. Darüber hinaus ist der Kundensupport unschlagbar. Für unsere Auswertungen habe ich ganz spezielle Berichte benötigt, die ich mir selbst nicht erstellen konnte. Nach kurzer Rücksprache mit dem Kundensupport hat sich ein Programmierer bei mir per Email gemeldet. Ihm habe ich mein Problem geschildert und nach einigem hin und her mit meinen Anforderung wurde uns der richtige Bericht erstellt. Dies hat uns einiges an Arbeit abgenommen und erleichtert unsere weiteren Auswerten ungemein. Jederzeit wieder! Danke!

Most Shopify app reports are financial and sales focused. I needed one that helped with day to day operations. I sent a request with specific data that I required and within a few minutes the report was created and in my account. Daniel was even able to work around Excel's weird 16 digit rounding issue for me. Excellent value for the price of the app.

This app is great! You can have reports automated and emailed. It makes end of the month reporting a breeze. The online chat is quick in easy to assist in customizing reports to your needs. Highly recommend!

Data Export - Reports makes it very easy to create any report needed to manage your business, and export them to Excel (or Sheets) and it is very flexible with automated scheduling. Even better, this app provides ability access and report on Custom Fields that are not available through the default menus in Shopify. This App allows for creating complex calculated fields and filters allowing us extract and sort by our key products, markets, and customers. and, the ability to use Ruby programming in a column makes it very powerful. But, the Best feature of this App is the online Technical Support Team! They will help you create your reports, and have amazed me with their responsiveness, fast turnaround, and ability to understand what I am trying to accomplish. 5 stars for sure!

added app, logged in, clicked a report, it downloaded no data. then, I tried to view another report and it wants me to upgrade. here is a big hint for your sales funnel: DELIVER VALUE FIRST, THEN ASK FOR MORE MONEY. I won't be continuing with this product.

I have been using this app for 3 months and the software is great! We have over 30k skus and have no problem running the report. And one more thing. The customer service/ support are friendly & supportive!

This app has really help me get the data i need, in the way i need it to automate many regular reports. I spend more of my time analyzing the data and running the business instead of gathering data from multiple sources. Arun has been amazing at making sure the reports are exactly the way I want them.

It works for my purpose. I use the automated reports to join that data with other data sources from our business. Support is excellent and very responsive; you can ask them any kind of customization either on reports or schedules. Great app and great price! Totally recommend if you need to create reports outside Shopify...
