Customer support stepped in right away with good communication and resolved my issue. Overall the app is excellent, very efficient and saves time. Very good value.

We have really pushed this app to the max to test its capabilities and it now an important part of our workflow on a daily basis. Any problems we have had were all errors with setup on our part. The support team have been extremely helpful in fixing and explaining the issue so we understand the platform more.

Vi har brugt Datafeedwatch ligesom vi skiftede fra Woocommerce til Shopify. Utrolig nem sætte op. De små ting jeg ikke selv kunne løse, blev afhjulpet af supporten på under 10 minutter. Klasse værktøj og support!

I uninstalled the app 2 months ago, and they keep charging my card! I don't see an option to stop it since it's no longer installed

This is by far the best app that is friendly with merchant centre especially if you have multiple currencies. Casper was really helpful and he helped us configure our shopping feed

I start setting up everything, and only after a while, they tell me Italian is not a supported language to use with AI features, which basically means an overpriced product feed uploader. Better use Simprosys

We understand how important it is to have a comprehensive and personalized user experience, and we greatly appreciate you bringing this need to our attention. On our website, we do have the information about the available languages (English, Polish, and German) but thanks to your feedback, we’ll make sure that the information is more visible. Additionally, we are working on developing AI in Italian and plan to add it to our offering in the near future. Powerful feed apps can have a steep learning curve, but DataFeedWatch has for us been intuitive to use even for marketers with limited technical understanding. Their team has also been responsive and very helpful whenever there's been an issue or we've had questions.
I'm totally new to product feeds and customer service is always on hand to help when I run into issues or things I don't understand. Ivan was particularly helpful :)
The product feed tool is easily configurable and relatively intuitive. This tool can help you to optimize your feed without having to spend a lot of time to make unwanted or unneeded changes to your store's data. The team provide excellent support to get you up and running very quickly.
