Updating my review from 5 stars as the customer support is as good as non existent. I sent support a request to enable variations in my listings as advised in their blog but several days have passed and zero response. 79 Euros is not a small amount and I'd expect a response within max 2 days. There are apps out there that charge far less but the support on them exists. A shout out to Marvin for being helpful and all but the support team not responding and being non existent makes this company not pleasant to work with. There is no way I would pay 79 Euros for non existent support, no way at all. The feed itself is quite nice and powerful but what good is all that if support is non existent. Imagine having an issue and you get no support. I would NOT recommend this app or company at all. Update: Updating in response to DataFeedWatch response. Way to vilify your customers by claiming that I didn't accept your apology. I only declined compensation as I felt I am not entitled to it as I didn't pay anything in first place and decided that I want to move back to a different service with another supplier. I never refused your apology and even explained that this review is left as is for May 2023 so that hopefully if you improve then your future customers will see new comments as a reflection of your improvements made. So please don't make it look like your customers are evil.

Their app is definitely helpful in improving the effectiveness of Google ads, as it allows Google to better understand our products and presents clear tables for us to input information. Additionally, as a beginner, Marvin helped me understand the entire working principle through online meetings and provided a concrete case as a teaching example. Pawel has also set up an initial feed for Google, which is really great. I applaud their professionalism and customer service.

This app was implemented by our previous agency so I had no perspective on its value or how to do anything in it. We switched agencies and now I have to know how to work the feed. I reached out to talk to a real person and Marvelous Marvin at DateFeedWatch has been awesome, helping me tweak and fix various aspects to refine and optimize the feed. Thank you, Marvin!

The app makes feed optimisation really easy and user friendly, especially for a marketer. Emanuele Ramacci helped me onboard DFW for my agency and so far, I am very satisfied with the services of this application. Best part is that I can manage my feed for multiple channels from one place.

Edgar was fantastic help. He explained things in a way that made me understand them and showed me examples of what the rules should look like to fix my gender/size/color issues coming from Google Merchant Center.

A nice app for what it does, feed are flexible but limited then the price hike made us look elsewhere. They didn't even consider price matching to retain us so we searched and found a better app for $35 pm compared to $69. No idea why they increase cost but the price hikde doesn't support small business owners.

We are using this app for all our shops now, for more than a year I believe, and we could not be more satisfied! It is very easy to understand, customer support is extremely helpful and very fast. We have never had any problems with any of the feeds and they have been kind enough to set us one feed up that we just couldn't make work by oourselves. This app is absolutley worth it's money and then some!

Great App - it does all the mundane tasks of putting naming parameters to various ecomm platforms quick and easy. Emanuele was helping me to set it and he was extremely helpful, pleasant to work with and v. knowledgable.

Wonderful app to manage all feeds and add all kind of different rules. It has connection with many channels and the configuration is quite easy. Also, their support team is excellent. They help you with everything you need really quick! Totally recommend it.

Probably the most powerful app for data feed out there. And the support is EXTRA nice and helpful. Very Very informative and helpful. I was stuck on configuring an internal feed and Maria didn't just help but actually configure it for me. Amazing service. Thanks a lot.
