The Solutions Architect team and Mark in particular very quickly and clearly handled all of my queries. From reviewing our manufacturing process and introducing assembly BOMs with landed costs, through to discussing our Shopify and 3PL fulfilment approach using locations - Mark showed not only full understanding of the CIN7 system, but took the time to listen to my concerns carefully and offer workable solutions. His genuine support was encouraging and I cannot speak highly enough of him.
