I have started using this app and finding it quite user friendly and beneficial. Particularly its return management module its very useful to both in the backend as an admin and from the customer perspective too. Keep up adding even more exciting functionalities & features in this app.. Thanks..

This app sucks, we can't select package. i told them to improve the app. but still it's not working properly....

Pickup setting don't work get authentication failure messages when a pickup is raised. Tried contacting the support team they are least bothered. Update - Issues were fixed and taken care off by the team

Great app. Saves hours everyday, not to mention no errors. Developer is supportive as well. Made changes as per our requirement. Definitely a must have app.

EDIT - 2024 : We've been using this app for 7 years now and are SO happy with it - Jignesh & Chirag just helped us out further - couldn't believe the IMMEDIATE service! Excellent and highly recommend! 2017 : We just integrated the app into our Shopify store and my God, integration was just a one step process! We hit a minor glitch and got in touch with the developers immediately. My mail to them went out at 6:34 pm and I got a response from Rahul at 6:36 pm itself! It's now 7:10 and he got our app working perfectly within just this much time. AWESOME service, Jason - thanks!!! Yet to start using the app but I'm sure it will cut down our team's fulfillment time by a lot. Highly recommend!

These guys are amazing! Had to fix the Bluedart tracking system since it was throwing up an error. Spoke to him at 8:30 last night and he was gladly willing us to help today. As promised they synched up a conference call with the blue dart team and we got it rectified. Fantastic service. Must have app for Indian companies
