The interface is user-friendly and intuitive, making it easy to navigate even without prior training. The onboarding process was smooth, with excellent support from the DelightChat team, who were always just a message away to assist me. DelightChat is super easy to use and reasonably priced, making it a great addition to my WhatsApp marketing toolkit!
