Broadcasts and Automations do not work with Mexican numbers (+100 million people market). Been waiting unsuccessfully for a week now for news about the fix for this. They blame meta but this is something they can obviously fix from their end or find a workaround since it is a ticket duplication problem. Will change review if this is fixed soon. Anyhow now I'll probably have to find another app that works with Mexican numbers so I hope I get a refund since it has been more than 2 weeks I have been paying for delightchat without being able to use broadcasts/automations which was the reason I needed the app in the first place.

We tried different solutions for WhatsApp Marketing and found Delight Chat to have a fair offering for its valued features. The Delight Chat team is very prompt and supportive.

Delightchat exceeded expectations! The team was incredibly quick and helpful, providing outstanding support. The API platform is super easy to work with, making integration a breeze. Don't think twice, much recommended.
