I was confused on what kind of WhatsApp marketing tool to use. I came across Delightchat at that moment of confusion. I noticed it had cool reviews. So I decided to check it out. Downloaded and started using and I can certainly say it is a tool that any business owner who wants to win their WhatsApp and customer support game must have. They also have a very functional support team monitoring and ensuring you have a seamless experience in your daily usage of the app.

The help desk and team are very accommodating, although there is occasionally a delay in response times. It appears that there is a preference for resolving issues promptly once a ticket is assigned; however, I have higher expectations regarding the integration of artificial intelligence, as they are positioned to enhance automation processes.

The app is fantastic, and the customer support is exceptional! Always accessible and eager to accommodate every request. Our POC Dharmapriya is always available to assist and help us.

Nithya was extremely helpful and patient. She helped me setup API automation on a step-by-step basis and took time to do her research and get back to me wherever we were stuck. Will definitely ask her for support if required in the future.

The App covers all my WhatsApp requirements, the control panel is simplified and the customer service makes it even easier to reach the provided features.

We recently onboarded with DelightChat and have had a positive experience. Their support team is highly responsive and provided swift assistance during the integration process. Whenever an issue arose, they addressed it promptly. We required a platform that could integrate various customer service channels such as WhatsApp, email, and social media inboxes, and DelightChat offers all the essential features we need for our business. Highly recommended!

Delight Chat offers all the whatsapp related functionalities we need- customer service, marketing, automations etc. We've been using it for over a year now, and are very happy with the product and specially their service - which is lightning fast!

DelightChat is very effective customer support app, and it combine all channels at one place. The Support are very helpful, and very fast. Just the app configuration and interface is a bit difficult, but it’s just one time to go and everything then goes smooth and easy. Highly recommend.
