Myshkaa review for DC: Marketing on WhatsApp API

I have been using Delight Chat for more than 6 months now and I think this is the right time to provide the review for this app. Delight Chat provides omni channel means that all our social media messages or post comments are accumulated in the delight chat dashboard and we can send reply to users from delight chat directly. Their mobile app also works quite fine. I wont say its top notch as there are some issues with their mobile app notifications. Regarding Broadcast messages, they provide a feature of sending 10 images as a carousel card which is very useful and every card has a CTA button with a separate link to take user to the corresponding product page. I have not seen any other app which provides 10 cards in their single broadcast message. All in all, these guys are doing good work at this price point. I have used interakt before but creating braodcast on that platform was a hassle for me. Support was also not good but Delight Chat has better support system and the omni channel at the same price point. One more important point is that they dont charge any markup on utility or marketing messages.
