I'm using this app for the last 3 weeks. And it's impeccable before i used some other app that was lacking too much & the customer service was really bad. But since then I used this it made my customer retention like a cakewalk & the support team is very cooperative I thanks all delight chat members who support me a lot but one thing I want to tell delight chat please it's Lil pricey but it's worth it.
