I run a floral shop and this app allows me to easily charge different rates based on distance. There are times when I need help figuring out how to set things up within the apps and the customer support is always so helpful! Today, Srivastav was very helpful in helping me figure out why I was getting an error (it had nothing to do with Zapiet, it was an error with Shopify! but he still helped). Thank you Srivastav!

Great support team! Jessica helped me set up the app in no time. I had an issue where Shopify didn't recognize the shipping app. Jessica did her magic and made it work.
