I have been using Zapiet and have reached out countless times because our customers are unable to complete their purchases. The issue is always with Zapiet. Despite setting our products to "continue selling when out of stock," the app prevents customers from selecting shipping options when an item is out of stock, even if the items have plenty of inventory in our shipping location. I can't understand, why would an online customer trying to place a delivery order not being able to get shipping options because one of my retail stores doesn't have inventory. MAKE IT MAKE SENSE. This frustrating problem has cost us sales and has not been resolved despite numerous attempts to get support. I hope they address this issue soon.
