Fragrance Oil Studio review for Zapiet ‑ Rates by Zip Code

asked for support 3 weeks ago asking for help with it mischarging postage. Was informed it was correct as that is how shopify do it, rather than trouble shoot my issue. For us to discover today we have lost 19 orders worth of shipping. I will edit my review if they rectify but not holding my breath as the support requested 3 weeks ago was not given and even they did not realise!
