Hello, We’ve just installed the app, which looks great, but we’re experiencing a few bugs. We’ve also tried reaching support through the live chat during the available hours, but it doesn’t seem to be working, we haven’t been able to reach anyone for several days. I uninstalled the application because it was too expensive for my store. The point I would like to point out is that although I have uninstalled the app the watermark continues to be present. *** Important update Following our report, the team has resolved the problem.
Thank you for the review! I'm sorry regarding the watermark - I suspect it is showing because the Depict version of your collection template is still active, and you can remove it by switching back to your original collection template from the Shopify Collection view.
