This app is a lifesaver for COD orders. Our major challenge in the Indian market has been returns on COD orders. By using Depo, we started charging a small upfront amount on COD orders. Considering the high order value for AOV above 15,000, charging 1,000 INR per COD order has increased our revenue and reduced our COD returns to zero. We have been using the app for more than five months, and the support team is very helpful.
