UPDATE: The app developer is not telling the truth in their reply. We never asked for a refund and we never threatened their staff. Please contact me directly and I can send you screenshots of the conversation. If I could leave zero stars, I would. The app used to be subscription only. Now their billing is $15 / month PLUS 1.5% of the revenue of the sale. Why?? What additional value are they bringing to their service? The app has already been built and nothing has changed in the app. What entitles this company to 1.5% of all revenue ran through the app? They are a parasitic company that hopes you do not see that you can just upgrade to Shopify Plus. Shopify Plus offers the same features without ahving to upgrade to Depo's "Enterprise" version to eliminate the 1.5% (B.S.) Revenue Share. Again, what value does this company bring that entitles them to 1.5% of orders? This company hopes you have a "Set it and forget it" mentality and don't come back to check. The best way to effect change is to uninstall the app until they correct their pricing to be FAIR.
First of all i would like to make sure the app developers be aware of this business. They will ask for a refund and if you don't give they will threaten to leave a review and then leave one. Secondly we have already reported this business and their owner to Shopify as they do not respect app developers. They were repeatedly threathening our support people and when we stood up they have given this review. Finally hopefully before subscribing to apps they will see and understand what are the charges. We have to run a business and feed our employees and our family. We have 1000s of customers in our plan and does not have any issue with the subscription charges as that's how the charges are.
Wow, just noticed someone else mentioned that their description is misleading regarding free plan available. that is very true, there is not free app available, I am removing app. and have asked them to edit their description and state that there is NO FREE PLAN. THIS IS FAKE!!!!!
This app has so many issues it is virtually unusable.

they charged us when we didnt even use the app
It doesn't work well on my website. It's always garbled and it doesn't work every time I refresh it, affecting the normal operation of the website. I waited for them to provide a solution and there was no response for a long time. If it is an unreasonable APP, please don't waste customers' time.
Very bad experience, I am using this app from last 5 days but not working properly and issues are not resolved from support team. Complete waste of time.
app is not worth...reciving payment on payu but this app is sync orders...no support from app developer..no email reply nothing no support....fake 5 star reviews
We have replied several times and asked for the order numbers as well but no response from your end. If you can send us the order numbers we can help otherwise it's not possible for our team to help. Stating we have fake 5 star review is insulting and this can lead to banning from the app. Please don't insult our hard work
The app duplicate orders every payment taken, to the point where your accounting is a nightmare and you don't understand what is paid and what is not. WHAT IS MORE SERIOUS, it affects your shopping cart. My customers were unable to checkout!!! The problem remained after removing the app. I was forced to install a backup of the theme which I had ( I always do a backup) . Do not recommend
Our app doesn't duplicate orders neither does it add anything to the theme. Everything is done automatically and removed as soon as the app is uninstalled. You must have faced the issue with another app and blaming it on our app. If you want we can help you fix the issue. Thanks
Install this and your "Add to Cart" button will stop working everywhere except an individual product page. If you're using it on individual products instead of the whole cart, you will be redirected to the checkout page upon adding a product... go back to continue shopping and your cart will be empty. In both cases whether adding partial payments to an individual product or to the whole cart, you can forget about any kind of discount code. Good luck. Talked with support for this app and only certain discount types will work--fine, I'll workaround and use the types that are supported. Those do show up but ARE NOT APPLIED at checkout. Seems like maybe an okay-at-best app if you only want to use the base functionality and always expect to use this on the entire cart. Otherwise, unusable. One star from me until the developers are able to solve these problems. Uninstalling.
This app does not work well. Once you install it, it will change your order's name sequence and mark previous draft orders as completed.
Hello, We checked our backlog and we can see that you used our app for 6 minutes. You did not even went past the onboarding screen and mentioned our app changes order name and marks previous order as completed. Our app doesn't even touch those parts of the Shopify store and since you did not even do a test booking our app was not even used. Thanks
