I love this app. I have no web design experience so I love how easy it is to set up your store with these beautiful packs. Also, the support team is super responsive. Highly recommend this app.

Great value for the price. Lots of options for all kinds of cool sections. Their customer service is the greatest I have ever come across. Anne helped me with a custom solution for a section I was trying to replicate. She sent me code and personalized video instructions showing step by step on how to implement everything. Honestly I could not be happier with their service. Its refreshing to come across this kind of customer care in todays fast paced times.

I was hunting for a particular design style and the Design Packs team reached out to me and made what was in my head a reality. By utilizing their packs, I am able to allow others to update the site with drag and drop simplicity (something we've been after for some time now) - no more endless hand coding/code tweaking. The packs are easy to use and exceptionally malleable. Perhaps the most important aspect is how incredible the Design Packs team is. They respond quickly, are open to feedback/ideas, don't leave junk code hanging around in your store, and are overall just really great at what they do. Easy purchase, easier recommendation.

I can only recommend this app! It's quite easy to use, with many settings and sections you can choose from to design your store exactly how you want it. Amazing feel and look overall. Customer support is also very responsive to help with any question! We started with a paid theme when we launched our website last year, and honestly, you can go with just the free basic theme and use this app, you'll get so much more out of it!

Highly recommend using this app! It was so user friendly and it allowed me the freedom to design my store exactly the way I wanted - without the help (and fees) linked to hiring a developer. I could not be happier!

Well designed, very good performance (no impact on speed), very good support. Above all, the team is very responsive, knowleadgeable and forward pushing. As a recomandation, I wish that they will make more youtube videos so we can learn. By the way, their videos are amazing as well.

Highly recommend! We found Design Packs during the development of our Shopify site and were thrilled with the flexibility and options offered. You wont feel constrained by your theme in any way with Design Packs. Even more impressive is their stellar customer service. If we could give them 10 stars we would. Beyond being open to adding specific features we wanted, they are always willing and able to answer questions and help out if we get stuck. Their level of support and care is a treasure!

EDIT - The app creator reached out to refund me for my experience and offered a trial code for me to try again at a later point. I appreciate their prompt and friendly customer service and so am updating my 1 star review to 3 stars for their response. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ The sections are very limited in how you can customize them and use them. Also, I was subscribed to this app for a month before cancelling and expected that I could still access the features for the remainder of the month until the current billing cycle ends but access to the app features ends right away, which I feel must violate some law or policy when it comes to subscription payments. If I paid for the month, it should be honored until the end of the month.
Apologies that the app wasn't the right fit for what you were looking for and sorry there was the issue with the Shopify billing. Thank you for taking the time to update your review, we really appreciate it. We wish you all the best with your store and are always happy to help if you decide to try Design Packs again in the future.

This is one of those apps that is worth its weight in gold. Instead of having to hire a designer to custom build or rely on the limited number of sections you have included in your theme, you have a whole additional library of Shopify templates and sections available by a click of a button thanks to Design Packs. And they are adding new templates really regularly.

Set of high quality packs that I find really useful. Example: Shop the look. This is something I would spend much time implementing, here I get this for reasonable price. Support is responsible and able to sort out integration issues with my store.
