I recommend this to every single Shopify owner I know. DP saves me SO much money on custom developers and instead I have full control and is so easy to install. Our conversation rate has gone up since using DP since our website is so much better. This is by far in the top 3 important apps a shopify owner needs to have. Best customer service team.

As a non-coder, this app has been super helpful when it comes to designing more robust and dynamic shopify pages. The support is next level too. I was looking for a block that operated in a certain way and within two business days they made a custom block just for me and it works perfectly! Pretty impressive stuff.

I am a new customer to Design Packs, in fact I am fairly new to creating my own pages. I purchased this product because of one certain pack. When I tried it out, I loved it except it wasn't allowing me to use the page space the way I had hoped. I felt I may have bought too soon and regretted my purchase thinking that I should have explored further. I reached out and received an immediate response from Trudy. I explained my dilemma hoping for advice of how to adjust settings to get closer to what I had envisioned. To be honest I expected the standard reply, "We don't offer those options at this time". Not only did Trudy listen and check out the page I was building, she replied that they could adjust the pack to suit my needs! What?! She said it would take a couple days. The very next morning I received an email saying that it was ready sooner than they expected. The email was complete with all the instructions I needed. Design packs make building pages SO fast and easy, and all the important CSS is pulled into intuitive UI based fields within each pack/section's configuration. This makes customizing the look of each pack/section just as easy as building, and if that's not enough for you, custom CSS is available right there in the UI as well. As good as the product is, the support is even better. Anne and Trudy are ON IT. Weekday, weekend, doesn't matter, I get responses immediately and on the very few occasions when Ive had problems, they get me fixes ASAP. This is one of the few Shopify Apps I've been truly 100% satisfied with.

We are fairly new to using the Design Packs app but have been very impressed with what they offer! If we have a question, their support team is responsive and goes above and beyond to assist. The themes and sections are easy to add to an existing site and offer an incredible range of customization, which is exactly what we were looking for!

They never answer customer service! Each time you updating your theme you will lost all of the settings and related section! Never recommend this app!
Hi there, we have sent you multiple emails to resolve this issue for you, but unfortunately we haven't been granted collaborator access to your store. Shopify has a technical limitation where custom sections do not automatically carry over if your theme.liquid has been edited. However, we are happy to migrate your sections over to the updated theme free of charge. I completely understand your frustration and would love to make this right for you. Very useful to have many different sections to use for my website. Lots of great "packs" that can be used for my homepage, new landing pages (the hide header/footer pack is very handy for this in particular), etc. Support is fast and friendly as well. Highly recommended!

This is a fantastic app for each store owner. I am only starting to discover all the almost endless possibilities to customize my store. I use mostly the Recipe Template and I needed a special feature and Trudy built it for me in no time and gave me screenshots and videos so that I now understand much better how metaobjects and metafields work. Thank you and keep doing your great job.

Design Packs is exactly what I needed to take my website to the next level. While I only know enough HTML/CSS to be dangerous, Design Packs allows me to feel like a kid in a candy store and make my website match my vision without having to hire a developer or try and wade through my website's code myself. They continue to update packs when needed, and they release new packs every month. I use Design Packs for both of my Shopify websites, and have used the app for some client websites, too.

Design-Packs is a stable, high-quality product that I have been testing for several months. So far, I have found no flaws in its features. It is as dependable as Shopify itself. The templates and sections provided by Design-Packs include many outstanding design examples. I encourage you to explore these to see if they align with your preferences. The ideas and solutions offered are extremely useful and add significant value when you are designing your own website. I particularly appreciate their aesthetic. Priced at $199 per year, Design-Packs offers remarkable value. While hiring a professional to build my website would be ideal, it is not financially feasible for many of us. Design-Packs has made it possible for me to begin creating a fully-featured website, even with minimal experience in site-building. Moreover, the product is continually improving, with new templates and sections added regularly, which further enhances the value of the purchase. I highly recommend this app—it definitely deserves a 5-star rating!
