Very good support. I had some problems and the support helped me a lot to fix the issues. Would be nice to have a overview of tracking for both Retoure and Sending inside shopify app.

Super integrierte App, tut alles, was man für den Versand benötigt und wenn mal doch nicht ist der Support schnell und richtig gut und nett!

Sehr gute App und sehr guter Support. Antwort innerhalb von 24 Stunden maximal. Die App erleichtert zudem unsere Arbeit massiv bei der Massenversandlabelerstellung und allgemein gute Oberfläche um einfach Labels zu erstellen.

We use this app from our 1st day with Shopify. It was easy to set-up, it works great. There were some things we needed to adjust and customer support is always very responsive, so far in 24 hours.

Simple and straight forward app, once it's all set up it works very well. The support is very quick and helpful, solved every problem we ever had within a few hours. Can only recommend!

Super Support, freundliche und vor allem fähige Mitarbeiter. Es wird sich hier "um einen gekümmert" und das, so war es bei uns, blitzschnell mit Lösungsansätzen die unsere Problematik sofort gelöst hatte. Übersichtliches Menü der App, einfache Bedienung, in Verbindung mit Shopify eine immense Erleichterung des Online-Handels.

Works without any problems and is very practical. Customer service is very friendly and helps immediately. The app is more convenient than the website.
