Fractal Audio Systems review for Digital Downloads ‑ Fileflare

We’ve been extremely happy with Fileflare. After dealing with the limitations and quirks of Shopify Digital Downloads, switching to Fileflare has been a huge improvement for both our team and our customers. The setup is straightforward, file management is reliable, and—most importantly—the customer experience is _dramatically_ better. Files are easy to manage, updates are smooth, and we’ve seen far fewer support issues. It feels like Fileflare was designed by people who actually understand software and digital product delivery workflows, not just generic digital goods to check off arbitrary bullet points. Support has been responsive and helpful when we needed them. Their onboarding support was also stellar. They even followed up with us on feature requests. Highly recommended. 5 stars. Would give six if I could.
