Incredible customer service. (Especially if you want to switch services.) I switched from Pendora because Pendora stopped sending emails without warning, leaving a huge backlog of unsent products... it was a disaster. Worse still because Pendora has no "export as CSV" function. When I switched to Fileflare, the customer service team (Ian specifically) helped track down everyone who hadn't got their products, and email them (through Fileflare now) their exact orders. On the same day I switched. Fileflare solved a very gigantic weeks-long headache. 5 stars.
