Very easy to use app. Love that it is integrated with Shopify. The pricing is also very competitive. Service has been excellent. The only thing I wish was different is that you could send out update notices for a product not just for 1 attachment. I've used another file delivery system that was much more expensive and not integrated as nicely with Shopify. I would give this app 4.75 stars until they make it easier to update customers on product updates. (Note: it's possible that I don't fully understand how they recommend doing this so I'm open to being corrected!)
Brilliant app, it lets us do exactly what we need to with our PDFs, and the help we've had from them, even on a sunday has been amazing
We built Fileflare's PDF handling for exactly the kind of setup you're running, so it's great to hear it's doing the job for you. And being there when you needed us, Sunday included, is just how we like to work. If anything else ever comes up, we're always around!
It's inconsistent... The files do not always get sent to my customers, which causes me a lot of extra admin because they email me asking where their digital files are. It takes up a LOT of time.
