It's inconsistent... The files do not always get sent to my customers, which causes me a lot of extra admin because they email me asking where their digital files are. It takes up a LOT of time.

Slow customer support, it does the job for 1 product and do like the interface, but when tried to apply to a bundle did not work.

We have human support, a video guide, and steps to show how to set up. All you need to do is attach a digital file to a product or variant, and then it is ready to deliver digital files.
