Brilliant app, it lets us do exactly what we need to with our PDFs, and the help we've had from them, even on a sunday has been amazing
We built Fileflare's PDF handling for exactly the kind of setup you're running, so it's great to hear it's doing the job for you. And being there when you needed us, Sunday included, is just how we like to work. If anything else ever comes up, we're always around!
I don't leave reviews very often, but Fileflare has earned this one. I sell ebooks, books, printables, and digital products, and finding a digital delivery app that actually works without making me pull my hair out has been a challenge. After testing everything from checkout to file delivery, Fileflare has been rock solid. The setup was straightforward, the files delivered correctly, and when I had questions, support was quick to respond and genuinely helpful. ( You rock Ian!) I never felt like I was being pushed aside or sent on a wild goose chase. What I appreciate most is the peace of mind. When a customer purchases one of my products, I know they're going to receive it without me worrying about broken links, missing files, or complicated setups. If you're a Shopify store owner selling digital products, ebooks, printables, templates, or downloads, I highly recommend giving Fileflare a try. DJ

This team and app is amazing! We needed some custom PDF stamping built out for our store, and not only was FileFlare accommodating, but Ian and his team were able to go through and build out a new portion of their app for us! This, to us, was the ultimate customer service experience. It is so refreshing to be able to speak to an actual human, and not a robot as well. Much, much appreciated to the entire team.
