I have been using Fileflare for over a year now and I really love how it works. I would certainly recommend this as the best app for digital downloads on Shopify. Also their support team is great. They listen to you and help you if you need customizations and it just works like a charm. You can also connect it to your own file hosting if you want or you can use theirs. Also their pricing is actually the best that I found on Shopify.

Excellent app and outstanding support We've been using Fileflare for many years to deliver ebooks and audio files through our Shopify store and have been very happy with it. Recently, we experienced an email deliverability issue, and the support from Ian was exceptional. He was responsive, transparent about the cause of the problem, kept us informed about the fix, and followed up afterward to make sure everything was working properly. He also took the time to discuss options for improving our email delivery in the future without trying to push us into a more expensive plan. Fileflare has been a reliable solution for our digital downloads, and it's especially reassuring to know that there is such thoughtful and responsive support behind it. Highly recommended.

Have been using the app for 3 years. It's been amazing. The app is very well designed and the features are very useful. I can see the effort of the developers. Very good customer support.
