Great product, and tech support is stellar. I was able to get in touch with an actual human and get the answers I needed - very quickly - to complete setup. Then, when I needed an option added to the PDF Stamp feature (the primary use in my case for this app), the team responded and the feature had been added within about a week. It can be a real gamble sometimes choosing between apps. Very glad I went with FileFlare. Highly recommend to anyone that wants to protect their digital products!

I have had a great experience with this app. It's easy to use and gives my customers access to their files. They overhauled the app about a year ago and it got much better. The team is really helpful and responsive. 5 stars

Excellent app with truly outstanding support FileFlare has been a great solution for our digital downloads. The delivery page is clean, secure, and user-friendly (especially with the video instructions we requested). What really stands out is the support team. They've been extremely responsive and helpful twice now: - Added the ability to embed videos directly in the delivery page editor when we asked. - Performed a bulk edit on all our imported historical orders to restrict access and protect our version policy. They're even working on a longer-term solution for per-order file snapshots. This level of support is rare and very much appreciated. Highly recommend FileFlare, especially if you value a team that listens and acts.

I can’t praise this app enough! It’s easy to use and very straightforward. I love that I can manage a large library of digital products and the app handles it without slowing down. My favorite feature is the option send updates to my customers when I make changes. It's a much needed feature in my case since version updates happen often. Files are delivered instantly and, and I never had issues with customers not receiving their downloads. The support has been fantastic. In the beginning, the team helped me import items from another app, and since then, over the past 2 years of using it, everything worked exactly as it should. I didn't need to contact support since. Big thanks to the team for an amazing app that my business can't run without!

I sell campervan digital products via Shopify. The Fileflare App works as advertised. I build the product as a PDF. Then add the Shopify product listing. The last operation is to connect the PDF with the listing for purchase and download. It all works. When I did have a refresh question I sent a support ticket. The auto reply had a suggestion link. I saw the fix. It was one click. Shortly after, a Fileflare support person reached out to followup. I told them to cancel the support ticket as the issue was resolved. I gave the rating as 4 stars, as 5 stars is often suspect. AlmostRvPerfect.com

Fileflare has been the perfect and most essential app for my digital store. It's super easy to use, and offers all the functionality one would need from a digital downloads app. The customer support teams is also refreshingly easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend!

Love this app. Customer service is super quick with response and is always ready to fix any issues in a timely manner. Nothing but positive experience with them so far.
