Customer service is quick and responsive and very helpful haven't used it that long but so far so good.

Shoutout to Mateo and Leo for their top-tier support - they're super fast with their response times, quick with solutions, and even quicker with the jokes. Very pleasant experience so far and it's easy to see why this app is already so highly-rated. They've really thought of every feature. 10/10!

Great experience so far, helpful support team. I previously was using the free Shopify downloads app, but switched mostly due to it frequently failing to send files post purchase.

Chatted with Theo this morning and I was very impressed. I'm not tech-savvy so he had to walk me through a few things and not once did he make me feel stupid. Theo was very patient, thorough, and kind. The issue was handled quickly and efficiently! Super happy that I chose this app. If I could give Theo a gazillion stars, I would! Thanks for your help. gta

This app actually works when sending files to people and I can actually put it in my checkout page unlike the original shopify downloads app. Their support was pretty fast and helped me with what I needed. Definitely the best app for this right now.
