Was not expecting to get such great customer service. I had a veryyy unique problem I was looking to solve with a deadline and their team reached out to me within 30 seconds....I don't normally leave reviews but they're on top of it. Highly recommend.

These guys are great. I'm sure there's a lot of coding that went into this app, but the user interface is simple, intuitive and easy to use. Their service is awesome and someone always seems to be available.

Amazing customer service and refreshingly functional app, does exactly what its advertised to do, and its incredibly smooth and well detailed. I was previously using a free app that stopped working out of the blue and I found BIG Digital Downloads on my search for a new one. I have no problem at all paying for such a quality product and amazing customer service.

I'm overall very happy with this app. It was easy to set up, works perfectly, and fully meets my needs. I especially appreciate the ability to add a watermark to the PDFs sent to customers. The only minor improvement I’d suggest is adding multilingual support for the download interface, as it’s currently only available in English. Other than that, I highly recommend this app to any store selling digital files.

Je me sens soutenue et je peux avancer dans mon projet plus sereinement en sachant qu'il y a des personnes prêtes à aider.

Customer service is quick to respond, and setting up a product is straightforward. However, a bulk editing feature would be a valuable addition.

The app is great, works perfectly and does what it's supposed to, it's even free to start with and the support is great. I've had a question late at night twice and I've been helped within a few minutes each time. Rarely have I seen such good service!
