Very helpful and fast!

This is the second time I’ve installed BIG Digital Download, and once again it’s been a fantastic experience. The app is incredibly easy to set up and use, making it effortless to manage my digital products. I use it primarily for STL file downloads, and it has proven to be extremely reliable and effective every time. I really appreciate how smoothly it integrates with my Shopify store and how simple it makes delivering files to customers. Highly recommended for anyone selling digital products!

Great. Efficient. Friendly. Quick.

Great support over messenger. Thanks!

I think its great, easy to use, all steps are explained and its great because you have a 500 mb of storage for digital product... Also support team is very responsive, so cheers to that!!

Just started but loving this app so far! Customer service is amazing! Very helpful!

Absolutely love this app, customer service is top tier they we’re very prompt in helping me solve my issue. I definitely give it 10 out of 10.

Very easy to install and use! Contacted support to verify my store, and support is very quick to respond. Definitely glad I selectged BIG Digital.

L'application est facile à mettre en oeuvre. L'option de test de tout le processus pour le téléchargement d'un fichier tel que vue par le client est particulièrement utile.

Awesome and fast support. Thanks Milo!
