Customer support was easy to work with. The app works. Theo helped us set up a download button directly on our 'Thank you' page for a better instant download experience.

product: so far, so good, does its job service: excellent and nothing else. anna does her job (and even more than "shes paid for" i think) like no customer service worker ive been with so far (quite a few). shes very nice, not too boring, super competent and doesnt let me feel like our chat is a waste of time (which it honestly was from time to time because of my stpd questions :D). thanks a lot!

Fast customer support! Anna was extremely helpful in resolving my setup questions. I’ve tried most of the apps, and this one is exactly what I needed—intuitive and simple, just as it should be. This is hands-down the best app for delivering digital products! I really like the feature that there are NO LIMITS for orders on all paid plans! Plus the support from Leo is superb. He is always on time ready to answer all my questions promptly. Having language resources that are old and no longer published, this is a great source to share information. The chat help was great and quick. Easily allows me to share files to community.
